Starting a Subscription
Subscriptions in Nightwatch are managed per organization. When setting up a new organization, you’ll choose a plan to begin your billing cycle, which renews on the same date each month.
💡 Anniversary Billing
For example, if you subscribe on August 10, your next bill will be on September 10, and so on.
To get started, create a new organization →
Upgrading a Subscription
You can upgrade your plan at any time from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, and any unused time from your current plan will be automatically credited toward the new one.
📘 If you’re halfway through your billing cycle and upgrade to a higher plan, we’ll apply a prorated credit for the remaining time on your previous plan.
Downgrading a Subscription
If you choose to downgrade, the change will take effect at the end of your current billing period. This ensures you retain full access to the features of your current plan until the cycle completes.
Canceling a Pending Downgrade
Changed your mind? You can cancel a scheduled downgrade at any time before it takes effect. This gives you full control and flexibility over your subscription.
Tax
Sales tax and VAT are automatically calculated based on your organization’s billing address. Laravel will apply the correct tax rate for your jurisdiction to each invoice.
Adding a Tax ID
To include your tax ID on invoices:
- Go to the billing page for your organization.
- Enter your Tax ID.
- Set the organization type to Company.
- Save your changes.
Your tax ID will now appear on all future invoices.
Tax Exemptions
If your organization qualifies for a tax exemption, please contact us through our support channels. Our team will help you submit a valid exemption certificate and apply it to future invoices.
